RETURN CONDITIONS

Waterlove Swimwear accepts returns and refunds on all garments providing the following conditions are met:

- The return or exchange is requested within 14 days of purchase

- Proof of purchase is provided

- All original tags and labels remain attached

- Item/s to be in original condition. They must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Please ensure swimwear is tried on over underwear.

HOW TO ORGANISE A RETURN

Send an email to customercare@waterloveswimwear.com with your request and order number.

We will provide you with a returns authorisation number and delivery address.

Any shipping, duty or tax costs incurred on a refund is at the customer's expense and will not be reimbursed by Waterlove Swimwear, unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.

We recommend using a delivery service that provides tracking, as we do not take any liability for goods lost in delivery.

 

REFUND PAYMENTS & PROCESSING

Upon receiving your package, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, but please allow 10 business days.

We will send notification to your nominated email address that the refund has been processed.

 

EXCHANGES 

Currently we do not offer exchange of items.
